Nakaminato Fish Market is very exciting : Ibaraki Short Trip

Do you like seafoods? hahaha. Yes, I love seafoods. Today, I went to shopping fresh seafoods at Nakaminato Fish Market (那珂湊お魚市場), which is one of the most popular travel spots in Ibaraki. All seafoods are fresh and inexpensive there. In addition, there are a lot of seafood restaurants at there. You can also enjoy delicious cuisine there.

This is in the Nakaminato Fish Market, which is crowded with travelers and local people.

There are a lot of seafoods there. You can enjoy window-shopping.

Those are sea red breams. The Japanese word for sea red bream, Tai (鯛), sounds similar to the word "mede-tai" or "felicity" and, what is more, it is auspiciously red in color.

Those are oysters. You can eat oysters raw, or deep-fried oysters. Anyway, very delicious!! :D

Those are king crabs. Crabs are not now in season in this area. But, Those are look like very delicious. :)))

He, who is a workman, is cleaning a fish with a deft motion.

He is cleaning an oyster with a deft motion. He looks like a muscular man :)))

He is a buckish spieler.

There are also food stands where people can enjoy sea urchin other specialties.

This is dried fish shop. Do you know it? Dried fish has a storage life of several years.

Dried fishes of horse mackerel.

Nakaminato Fish Market is here.
