Today's dinner is TAJINE. It was made with various ingredients including chicken, tomato, paprika and onion. It is a cuisine of Algeria, Morocco in the North African.
The vegetables and the meat are cooked soft and sweet as they are steamed in TAJINE pot. We never put water in it. It was yuuuuummy. Awesome :D
This is now getting popular in Japan.
We use this special pot called TAJINE. It has a large cone or dome-shaped cover.
