The House of Councilors election's DAY

In Japan, yesterday was The House of Councilors election's DAY in 2010. The House of Councillors (参議院) is the upper house of the Diet of Japan. The House of Councillors has 242 members who each serve six-year terms. The 121 members is elected at each election. A parallel voting system have been used in Japan.
